1) All orders placed through this site must comply with the terms and conditions. Orders will be deemed as offers for the purchase of the products, we are under no obligation to accept an order.

3) Once Canvas Art Land accept an order, there is a legally binding relationship between both parties

Product Description:
1) The products described on the website have been described as accurately as they can be. However, there may be instances whereby there may be slight variations in the appearance of images, mounts and frames from they the way they are on your screen (print / frame sizes may also vary slightly each time).

Payment and Price of Goods:
1) Price quoted on the website will be the prices that is paid on the day of the order.
2) You may be subject to validation and authorisation checks by Canvas Art Land dependent upon the method of payment.
3) Please refer to the respective part of the website to identify the methods of payments that are accepted. By submitting your payment details (e.g. credit card details) you must ensure that you are the approved and authorised user of that card or payment type, and all information that has been submited is true, fair and accurate. Canvas Art Land will then take payment from your preferred method of payment for the specified order amount.

5) If you are purchasing from within the EU (including UK) prices include VAT. If purchasing from outside the EU you will be responsible for paying any applicable sales, use, excise, consumption and other such taxes.

Delivery
1) Canvas Art Land will aim to dispatch you product as soon as possible after the processing of your order. You should expect your order to be delivered within approximately 7-14 days dependent upon your location.
2) For all products that are delivered by Canvas Art Land you should before you accept goods from the delivery company ensure that the product matches the description of your order and products are undamaged.
3) Any risk relating to the product will be transferred once the delivery has been made to the specified address.

Returns:
1) If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the order placed with Canvas Art Land, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. However, please note that this is entirely at our discretion.

In the very unlikely event of a fault with an ordered canvas please notify us immediately and we will ask our investigations team to look into it. If a genuine defect is found a replacement will be sent out immediately. If no genuine defect has been found then this will be returned and a charge of £20 will be levied plus delivery.

2) We do not accept any liability for packages that are in transit back to Canvas Art Land.

Cancellation by Canvas Art Land
1) Canvas Art Land reserve the right to cancel any order, if for any reason i) The products are no longer available ii) The products are withdrawn from our Service iii) If the product cannot be delivered to your delivery address country. In this instance we will issue you with a refund for all or part of the effected order.
2)Canvas Art Land will ensure that all of the products are listed accurately. However, in the event of an item being listed at an incorrect price Canvas Art Land reserve the right to notify all customers that have ordered under those prices of the correct price. The customer will then have the option of paying the difference or can opt to have the effected order amount refunded. Canvas Art Land will not be liable to pay for any disappointment for the cancellation of the order.
3) We reserve the right to withdraw or update the website at anytime.
4) You agree to indemnify Canvas Art Land against any third party claims as a result of your use of this website or use of the products ordered using Canvas Art Land.

Limited Warranty
1) If products that are supplied by Canvas Art Land are materially defective or are different from the ordered product, we shall hold no liability unless you notify us within 7 days of the date of delivery
2) All products supplied by Canvas Art Land will be free from material defect.

1) Canvas Art Land will hold no liability arising from your failure to follow the instructions when placing orders from the website, or any misuse of the product.
